Charles Schwab

Transforming Employee Rewards into Investment Opportunities

Charles Schwab’s Equity Awards Center lets employees invest and manage shares earned over time, but its previous interface led to low engagement. Schwab partnered with DesignMap to redesign the platform from the employees’ perspective, making it easier for them to see the value of their rewards. Our user-driven design created a seamless experience, transforming employees into confident investors and opening doors to Schwab’s broader product network.

Today, $17 billion is managed through the Equity Awards Center.
