Book a discovery call with Greg.

Bring us the problem you are circling. You will get an outside read and a few questions you have not been asked. Worth the hour even if we never work together.

This goes to the partners, not a sales team. You will hear back from one of us.

If you’re selling something. We choose our own vendors and partners, and never through cold inbound. Nothing personal, but a pitch through this form won’t get a reply. We’d rather tell you now than waste your follow-ups.

On joining DesignMap. There are no open positions right now. If you’d like to be on our radar anyway, connect with Greg, Chuck, or Audrey on LinkedIn. We pay attention.

What you get from the hour

We have sat with a lot of teams at moments like the one you are in. Most of what we bring to a first conversation is pattern recognition. You will get an honest read on the problem as you have framed it, and probably a different framing to consider.

Expect more questions than answers. The useful ones are usually the ones nobody inside the building has asked yet.

If it turns into something

The hardest part of getting outside help is rarely the work. It is making the case internally. If the problem is real and we are the right fit, we help you make that case inside your organization, including how to get it funded. That starts in the first conversation, not after a contract.

Where engagements begin

Most engagements begin with a Strategic Alignment Session: a structured working session where the right people get in a room and leave with a shared read on the problem and a direction you can act on. It is where these early conversations tend to land. Sometimes it is all you need.
